14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. This applies to new subscribers only — one refund per customer. Contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day window.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the 14-day guarantee period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day money-back guarantee period. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

Exceptions — No Refunds

  • Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal charge
  • Partial months on monthly plans (cancelled mid-cycle after the 14-day period)
  • Add-ons or one-time charges

Free Trial

RespondLine offers a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. Simply cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
